From the VC's Desk......

University of Jaffna has been functioning in the midst of different problems to sustain its academic activities. The university has faced several ups and downs and remained to fulfill the expectations of the society. Now its time for us to develop the university.

My aim is to work towards the quality enhancement of the academic activities of University of Jaffna and to produce marketable graduates. The vision of the University has to be achieved with the support of academic & supporting staff, alumni and the community as a whole.

I expect the alumni living in Sri Lanka and all over the world to join in hand and provide the support to improve the academic and infrastructure facilities of the university.
