Issuing Degree Certificates

Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce

The certificates for the course of Management & Commerce will be issued from 11.08.2021 to 13.08.2021 at the Admissions Branch, from 9.30am to 3.00pm, to the graduands who have been awarded the degree at the 35th General Convocation held on 24th and 25th of February 2021.

Management

  • 11.08.2021 – The registration numbers starting from 2014/BAD/001 to 2014/BAD/180
  • 12.08.2021 – The registration numbers starting from 2014/BAD/181 to 2014/BAD/306
  • 13.08.2021 – Management General & Management Diploma

Commerce

  • 13.08.2021 – Commerce

Conditions for collecting Degree Certificates:

At the time of collecting degree certificates the students should handover the following documents at the Admissions Branch.

  • University Identity Card.
  • Cloak return acknowledgement receipt issued by the Record Keeper.
  • If the student did not submit the statement application form, the same should be submitted in order to confirm that there are no dues at the library, Hostel, etc. (The students must collect their statement first, then after the Degree Certificate will be issued)

The following documents should be submitted at the Admissions Branch if a degree certificate of a student should be handed over to nominee.

  • University Identity Card.
  • Cloak return acknowledgement receipt issued by the Record Keeper.
  • If the student did not submit the statement application form, the same should be submitted in order to confirm that there are no dues at the library, Hostel, etc. (The students must collect their statement first, then after the Degree Certificate will be issued)
  • Request letter of the student (The letter should mention the reason for inability to come in person, Registration No, Name, Address, NIC Number and Name of the Nominee who will receive the certificate)
  • The nominee should produce his/her NIC at the time of collecting the degree certificate.
