Decision of the pre bid meeting – Supply of Civil, Computer Engineering, IT Equipment and Laboratory Furniture – UJ/F/PO/T/02/2016

The following clarifications were made during the pre bid meeting for the Supply of Civil, Computer Engineering, IT Equipment and Laboratory Furniture – UJ/F/PO/T/02/2016 held on 11^th May 2016 at University of Jaffna.

Package – 4 Page No-99 should be read as “supply and installation of Gantry crane” in all places.
11- Page No-53 the temperature range for the chest type freezer should go up to (-15°c) minus fifteen.
7 – Page No-50 The width of the Bed should be 1 meter instead of 78 mm as mentioned in the document.
42 -Page No-58 Type I and Type II water is enough.
12 -Page No-53 Temperature should be (4°c) four degree Celsius.
45- Page No-59 Dissolved Oxygen meter and kit –model portable.
13- Page No-53 Ice-cube Maker- Ice-cube should be 1-2 cm cubes for laboratory use.
