Issuing cloaks – 34th Annual Convocation

The 34th Annual Convocation of the University of Jaffna will be held on 22nd January 2019, at the Kailasapathy Auditorium of the University of Jaffna as four Sessions.
Graduands those who will be conferred degrees at the above convocation are requested to obtain their cloaks at the Academic Affairs and Publication Branch of the University of Jaffna on the following dates, producing either Student Identity Card/National Identity Card.
University of Jaffna has assigned a photographer officially to take photograph/Video at the Convocation. Those who wish to obtain copies of photograph/DVD are kindly requested to register for the same.
Rates for each photograph/DVD and details of the sessions are available at the Notice Board of the Academic Branch.

- Graduands are kindly requested to obtain questionnaire for employability survey and hand over duly furnished at the Academic Affairs and Publication Branchbefore obtaining cloaks.

- Graduands attached to Vavuniya Campus are requested to obtain their cloaks at the Vavuniya Campus from 18th to 21st of January 2019 in working Hours.
