Issuing Degree Certificates
Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce
The certificates for the below mentioned degrees will be issued on 23.05.2022 and 24.05.2022 at the Admissions Branch, from 9.30am to 01.00pm, to the graduands who have been awarded the degree at the 35th General Convocation virtually held on 07th October 2021.
- Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting and Finance
- Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Technology Management
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Accounting
- Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Financial Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration Honours in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration
Note:
- You are kindly requested to follow the conditions for collecting Degree Certificates.

Conditions for collecting Degree Certificates:
At the time of collecting degree certificates the students should handover the following documents at the Admissions Branch.
- University Identity Card.
- Cloak return acknowledgement receipt issued by the Record Keeper.
- If the student did not submit the statement application form, the same should be submitted in order to confirm that there are no dues at the library, Hostel, etc. (The students must collect their statement first, then after the Degree Certificate will be issued)
The following documents should be submitted at the Admissions Branch if a degree certificate of a student should be handed over to nominee.
- University Identity Card.
- Cloak return acknowledgement receipt issued by the Record Keeper.
- If the student did not submit the statement application form, the same should be submitted in order to confirm that there are no dues at the library, Hostel, etc. (The students must collect their statement first, then after the Degree Certificate will be issued)
- Request letter of the student (The letter should mention the reason for inability to come in person, Registration No, Name, Address, NIC Number and Name of the Nominee who will receive the certificate)
- The nominee should produce his/her NIC at the time of collecting the degree certificate.
