Walk- in- interview
Walk in Interview for the appointment of Temporary Assistant Lecturers in Law will be held on 11.12.2025 at 2.00 pm in the Mini Board Room of the Faculty of Arts, University of Jaffna.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications for the Post of Temporary Assistant Lecturers
- A Degree with Specialization in the Relevant Subject with First or Second Class (Upper Division) Honors.
or
- A Degree with Specialization in the Relevant Subject with Second Class (Lower Division) Honors.
or
- (a) A Degree with Specialization in the Relevant Subject without Honors or any other Degree with at least Second Class Honors,
and
(b) A Recognized Postgraduate Degree in the Relevant Subject.
Note:- Candidates who are awaiting results of the Final Degree examination may also be present for the above interview.

A fixed monthly salary of Rs. 85,305/- subject to a deduction of Rs.17,812/- as an unpaid amount, in accordance with Commission Circular No.02/2025(i), dated 04.04.2025 |
In additions to the above salary, the allowances approved by University Grant Commission applicable to the post will be paid.
