University of Jaffna Honours Staff Completing 25 Years of Service

The Staff Appreciation Ceremony of the University of Jaffna was held on 01.01.2026 (Thursday) at the Auditorium of the University Library.

The event was conducted under the patronage of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor S. Srisatkunarajah. During the ceremony, a total of 43 academic and non-academic staff members were honoured with medals and certificates in recognition of completing 25 years of service in the year 2025, as well as those who retired during the previous year.

Former Vice-Chancellors, Deans of Faculties, Professors, Lecturers, administrative officers, and staff members were among the distinguished gathering at the event.
