Walk-in Interview – Temporary Demonstrator in Agricultural Engineering

Walk-in Interview

Walk in interview for the appointments to the following temporary position will be held on 20^th February 2025 at 9.30 am in the Board Room of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jaffna, Ariviyal nagar, Kilinochchi.

• Temporary Demonstrator in Agricultural Engineering.

Qualification: 

1. A Degree with Specialization in the relevant subject with First or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours;
   OR

1. A Degree with Specialization in the relevant subject with Second Class (Lower Division) Honours;
   OR

1. (a) A Degree with Specialization in the relevant subject without Honours or any other degree with at least Second Class Honours
   and
   (b) a recognized postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.

Note: Candidates who are awaiting the results of the final degree examinations may also attend for the post of Temporary Demonstrator.

• Temporary Demonstrator   –  Rs. 40,920 p.m. (Fixed)

In addition to the above salary, the allowances approved by University Grants Commission will also be paid.

Interested candidates with the required qualifications should fill the online form before 2.00 pm on 18.02.2025 and present for the walk-in interview for the above-mentioned posts with educational and any other relevant certificates (originals) along with certified copies, National Identity Card and duly filled application (Application Form)
