Walk – IN – INTERVIEW

Walk in Interview for appointment to the following post will be held on 17.11.2025 from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm at the board room, Faculty of Engineering, University of Jaffna, Arviyal Nagar, Kilinochchi.

• Temporary Instructor in Civil Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical and Electronic Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.

The Candidates are expected to

• Work with academic staff and facilitate them in their research work
• Prepare and conduct laboratory experiments
• Assist academic staff in conducting undergraduate programme
• Exhibit professionalism in design skills
• Ensure a conducive environment by playing a facilitator role in research work of the academic staff

 Required qualifications

• A UGC recognized Four Year Engineering Degree for both position above.
• Candidates who are awaiting the results of the final degree examinations may also apply for the posts of Temporary Instructor.

 Salary:

• A fixed monthly salary of Rs. 68,145/- Subject to a deduction of 12,058/- as an unpaid amount, in accordance with Commission Circular No 02/2025(i) dated 04.04.2025.
