Walk in Interview – Visiting Coaches

WALK -IN – INTERVIEW

Walk in interview for the recruitment of the Visiting Coaches for the following fields will be held on 20.12.2023 at 10.00 a.m at the Board Room of the University of Jaffna.

Jaffna

• Visiting Coaches in Chess- Men / Chess- Women / Karate / Rugby/ Wrestling

Kilinochchi Premises

• Visiting Coaches in Badminton /Carrom/ Chess / Karate / Netball / Table Tennis/ Taekwondo/ Volleyball / Weightlifting

Qualification

• A graduate of a recognized university who has been a member of a National Team / National Champion or other equivalent attainments in the field of sports with the prior approval of the UGC
  OR
• A candidate who has passed the G.C.E (A/L) Examination in one and the same sitting and who has represented Sri Lanka in any sport at International Level with five (05) years experience in such sports
  OR
• G.C.E (A/L) Examination in at least 03 subjects in one and the same sitting and a Diploma in Sports of not less than 09 months duration with five (05) years experience in organizing and implementing sports programmes.

Post Salary

• Visiting Coach Rs. 750/- per hour

Note: – This appointment will be 1½ hours per day and two days per week. Total hours of Appointment will be 1½ hours x 2 days x 4 weeks x 10 months = 120 hours.

Interested candidates with the required qualifications are expected to be present for the interview with relevant certificates, NIC and self-prepared application. Copy of the relevant certificates and NIC should be attached with the self-prepared application.
