Vacancy for the Post of Temporary Demonstrator

Applications are invited from candidates who have successfully completed the MBBS or BSc in Allied Health Sciences from State Universities or UGC-recognized foreign institutions. (Preference will be given to MBBS graduates. Candidates with relevant research experience will be given priority.)

Salary Scale:

A fixed monthly salary of Rs.68,145/= subject to a deduction of Rs.12,058/= as an unpaid amount, in accordance with Commission Circular No.02/2025 (i) dated 04.04.2025. In addition to the above salary, the allowances approved by University Grants Commission applicable to the post will be paid.

The eligible candidates are requested to submit scanned copies of relevant certificates and a duly completed application using the prescribed format.

A non-refundable fee of Rs. 100.00 must be paid via bank deposit to the People’s Bank, Account No: 970000090000387, in favor of the Bursar, University of Jaffna. A copy of the bank slip must be attached to the application.
