Walk-in-Interview

• Temporary Assistant Lecturer in Botany/Chemistry/Computer Science/Fisheries/ Mathematics/Statistics /Physics/ Zoology
• Temporary Demonstrator in Botany/Chemistry/Fisheries/Physics/Zoology
• Temporary Instructor in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Computing
• Temporary Research Assistant in Chemistry/Zoology

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• A Degree with specialization in the relevant subject with First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours;
  OR
• A Degree with specialization in the relevant subject with Second Class (Lower Division) Honours;
  OR
• (a) A Degree with specialization in the relevant subject without Honours or any other degree with at least Second Class Honours,
  and
  (b) a recognized postgraduate degree in the relevant subject

Note: Candidates who are awaiting the results of the final degree examinations may also apply for the post of Temporary Demonstrator/ Temporary Instructor.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS

• Assistant Lecturer/ Temp. Research Assistant – A fixed monthly salary of Rs.85,305/- subject to a deduction of Rs.17,812/- as an unpaid amount, in accordance with Commission Circular No.02/2025(i) dated 04.04.2025.
• Demonstrator/ Temp. Instructor – A fixed monthly salary of Rs.68,145/- subject to a deduction of Rs.12,058/- as an unpaid amount, in accordance with Commission Circular No.02/2025(i) dated 04.04.2025.

In addition to the above salary, the allowances approved by University Grants Commission applicable to the posts will also be paid.

Interested candidates with the required qualifications should fill the Online Form  and present for the walk-in interview for the above-mentioned posts with educational and any other relevant certificates (originals) along with certified copies and National Identity Card.

Walk-in-interview for the following temporary positions will be held:
