INTERVIEW IN VIRTUAL MODE FOR THE POST OF TEMPORARY RESEARCH ASSISTANT

An interview in virtual (online) mode will be held via ZOOM for the Post of Temporary Research Assistant on 1st of November 2021 at 2.00pm.

Candidates who have passed the final examinations in Medicine/ Biomedical Science/ Allied Health Sciences from state Universities or UGC recognized foreign universities are encouraged to apply.

  • Temporary Research Assistant                                            Rs.49, 860/- (Fixed) per month

REQUIREMENTS

  1. A First or Second Class (Upper Division) in a Special Degree in the relevant subject.

OR

  1. A Second Class (Lower Division) in a Special Degree in the relevant subject.

OR

  1. An Ordinary Pass in a Special Degree in the relevant subject.

NOTE:

  1. An applicant, who is eligible under (3) above, could be considered for appointment only if no applicant is qualified under (1) or (2) above.
  2. An applicant, who is eligible under (2) above, could be considered for appointment only if no applicant is qualified under (1.) above.
  3. The Subject Specialization in Medicine/ Biomedical Science/ Allied Health Sciences would be considered as RELEVANT SUBJECT for the post of Temporary Research Assistant.

Scanned documents of educational qualifications, the copy of the bank paid slip for  a sum of Rs.100/- credited to the Peoples Bank Account No. 970000090000387 of Bursar, University of Jaffna and other relevant certificates should be sent to the Senior Assistant Registrar/ Faculty of Medicine, University of Jaffna through email: deanmedicine@univ.jfn.ac.lk on or before 27th of October 2021.
