INVITATION FOR BIDS

Provision of Cleaning, Janitorial and Maintenance Services for the University of Jaffna – 2016/2017

The Chairperson, Procurement Committee, University of Jaffna will receive sealed Bids for the following contracts up to 2.00 p.m. on 24th October, 2016 from the eligible Firms.

Bids shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairperson, Procurement Committee of University of Jaffna, Thirunelvely, Jaffna P.O Box 57, to reach on or before 00 hrs on 24.10.2016 or be deposited in the tender box kept in the Registrar’s office on or before the above date and time. Bids will be opened soon after closing the Bids, in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

Bids shall be Valid for a period of 91 Days from the date fixed for closing of Bids or any extended period.
