37th General Convocation – Issue of Cloaks

37th General Convocation -2023

The 37th Annual General Convocation of the University of Jaffna will be held on 19th, 20th & 21st of July 2023 at the Indoor Stadium of the University of Jaffna in eight sessions.

Graduands those who will be conferred degrees at the above convocation are requested to obtain their cloaks at the Record Room of the University of Jaffna on the following dates, producing either Student Identity Cards or National Identity Cards.

All necessary arrangements have been made by the University to take photographs at the convocation. Details of the sessions and other instructions related to above are available at the Notice Board of the Academic Affairs and Publication Branch.
