PROFESSOR KANTHIA KUNARATNAM GOLD MEDAL

Applications are invited for the award of Professor Kanthia Kunaratnam Gold Medal for the best overall performance in Pure and Applied Sciences from eligible students those who have graduated in the Academic year 2020/2021 from the Faculties of Agriculture, Engineering, Technology and Science of the University of Jaffna and the Faculty of Applied Science and Faculty of Technological Studies of the former Vavuniya Campus of the University of Jaffna.

Eligibility

Those who have received a Bachelor’s Degree of four years duration in Agriculture, Science, Engineering, Technology and Applied Science with First or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours are eligible to apply.

Applications may be obtained from one of the following:

Assistant Registrar, Academic Affairs and Publication Branch, University of Jaffna.

Submission of Application Forms:

Applications duly perfected with other supporting documents should be posted under registered cover to “Assistant Registrar, Academic Affairs and Publication Branch, University of Jaffna”, to reach him on or before 12^th of February 2024 by mentioning “Application for Professor Kanthia Kunaratnam Gold Medal” on the left hand corner of the envelope.

Closing Date : 12^th of February 2024 (Monday)

Note:

Those who have already submitted their applications in the 37^th General Convocation held on 19^th ,20^th &21^st of July 2023 need not apply again.
Late, illegible, and/or incomplete applications will not be considered.
