Thirty First General Convocation – Issue of Cloaks

Thirty first General Convocation of the University of Jaffna is to be held in six sessions on 19 & 20 January 2016 at Kailasapathy Auditorium. Cloaks for the graduands will be issued from 13.01.2016 from the places listed below on the submission of the following:

• University identity card or National Identity card
• Receipt for submission of supplication form
• Payment receipt for the deposit of Rs. 300.00 in the Bank Account No. 162100160000880 of People’s Bank, University of Jaffna for Photograph and DVD copy
• Duly completed Employability Questionnaire of the Ministry of Higher Education issued by the Admission branch, University of Jaffna
